Verify the organisation and contact

Check who you are dealing with using an independent, reliable contact route. A familiar name or logo is not proof that a person is authorised to act. Check the notice reference and be cautious of unexpected changes to contacts or bank details.

Share only what is needed

Use appropriate business contact details. Do not share passwords, authentication codes or online-banking credentials. Check why sensitive documents are needed and whether the recipient and transmission method are appropriate.

Agree the work and payment terms

Record the scope, price, timetable, responsibilities and payment terms before starting work or paying a deposit. Verify changes to bank details independently. SeekSey’s publishing fee is separate from payments agreed between a publisher and supplier.

Report concerns

Use Contact support to report a suspicious notice or harmful attachment, including its link and the reason for concern. A notice’s presence on SeekSey does not guarantee identity, commercial capacity, quality or an eventual contract.
