Agreement to these terms
By accessing SeekSey or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.
Do not use SeekSey if you do not agree to these terms.
What SeekSey does
SeekSey is a platform for publishing and sharing tenders, expressions of interest and requests for quotation, information or proposal. Suppliers respond through the process stated by the publisher.
SeekSey is not a party to communications, quotations, negotiations, contracts, payments, delivery, award decisions, or disputes between publishers and suppliers.
Accounts and business details
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and keep your account contact details current. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Publishing notices
You are responsible for every notice, document, contact detail, and business claim you publish. You must have the right to publish that content.
Notices must describe a genuine business need and must not mislead suppliers. Close a notice when the request has ended. Live notices cannot be edited. Contact support if a published notice contains a material error.
Fees and payment
SeekSey may charge a fee to publish a notice. The applicable price, included sharing and notice duration appear before confirmation. The publication period begins when the notice becomes publicly available.
Unless required by law or stated during checkout, publication fees are not refundable after a notice is published. Payment processing may be provided by a third party under its own terms. Our Refunds & publication policy explains payment problems, cancellations and refund requests.
Your content and our permission to display it
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give SeekSey a non-exclusive permission to store, format and display that content as needed to provide the service, and to share the notice through the promotional channels included in your publishing offer. You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Our branding, software and original site content remain owned by their respective rights holders. Closing or removing a notice does not retrieve copies already downloaded or shared by others.
Supplier responsibility
Suppliers must assess each notice and publisher independently. SeekSey does not verify commercial capacity, licences, pricing, quality, identity, or authority unless the service expressly states otherwise.
You are responsible for due diligence before sharing information, providing goods or services, making payment, or entering an agreement.
Content moderation and enforcement
We may review, restrict, hide, close, or remove content that appears unlawful, misleading, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
We may suspend or close accounts to protect SeekSey, its users, or the public. We can preserve records when required for security, disputes, or legal obligations.
Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every notice will receive a response.
Links and third-party services are outside our control. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Disclaimers and liability
SeekSey is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user content or the outcome of any business contact.
To the extent permitted by law, SeekSey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from user content, third-party conduct, business decisions, or unavailable service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles. Courts with jurisdiction in Seychelles may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights or procedures that apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
