What you purchase
The publishing fee covers the notice and the sharing included in the offer shown before confirmation. The service is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped by SeekSey. The current publication period is up to 30 days, ending sooner if the notice’s closing date is reached or the publisher closes it.
Supplier contracts, goods, services and payments are agreed directly between the publisher and supplier. This policy concerns SeekSey’s publishing service.
Payment and activation
Online checkout is being prepared. Where a payment method is enabled, the applicable fee, notice details and payment instructions are shown before you confirm. Follow the confirmation shown for that payment method.
A payment confirmation and a publication confirmation are separate. The paid publication period begins when the notice is made publicly available. If you are charged but publication is not confirmed, contact support before paying again.
When we review a refund
- A confirmed duplicate or incorrect charge.
- A paid notice that was not published because of a fault in our service.
- A material technical problem that prevented delivery of the purchased service.
- Other circumstances where a refund or remedy is required by applicable law.
We investigate the payment and publication records and explain the available resolution. Depending on the circumstances, that may include correcting the problem, restoring publication or refunding the affected amount.
Early closure and unused time
Closing a notice early, changing your mind after publication or receiving fewer responses than expected does not normally qualify for a refund. SeekSey does not guarantee supplier responses, prices, selection decisions or a contract.
Notices must meet our Terms of use and Acceptable use policy. The treatment of a paid notice removed for a breach will depend on the circumstances and any rights that cannot be excluded.
Cancellation and failed payments
You can leave an unfinished draft before publishing. If a payment fails or you abandon checkout, check its status before trying again. A pending bank or card authorisation is not necessarily a completed charge.
If you believe a cancelled or unsuccessful attempt resulted in a charge, contact support so we can check it. Closing a notice does not reverse a payment.
How to request help
Use Contact support and provide the notice reference, payment reference, date, amount and a short explanation. We may ask for relevant proof of payment. Never send full card details, passwords or authentication codes.
Where a refund is approved, we normally return it through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the provider and the payment method.
Your rights and policy changes
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Read it with our Terms of use. We update this page when the publishing offer or payment process changes.
