Our approach
We aim to make SeekSey straightforward to read, navigate and use across phones, tablets, computers and assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of ongoing development. This statement is not a certification of conformance.
Forms and feedback
Required fields are identified and form feedback explains what needs attention. We aim to preserve entered information when a submission fails and provide a clear next step. Contact support if a form or account task is difficult to complete.
Publisher documents
Publishers supply their own notice content and attachments. Some documents may not be fully accessible. Publishers should keep essential scope and submission instructions in the notice text and provide readable documents. Contact the publisher for an alternative version of a specific procurement document.
Known limits
SeekSey has not completed a formal independent accessibility audit. Interactive controls, third-party services and user-provided documents may have limitations. We will review issues reported to us and consider reasonable requests for help.
Ask for assistance
Use Contact support with the page link, the difficulty you experienced and any device or assistive-technology details you wish to provide. You do not need to use a particular reporting format.
