Check the fit first
Read the notice and every relevant attachment. Confirm that you can meet the essential requirements, location and timetable. Ask the publisher about gaps before committing time to a detailed response.
Answer the request in its own order
Identify your business, quote the notice reference and follow the requested format. Explain your proposed goods, service or approach. Use relevant experience and evidence rather than general claims.
Make the commercial terms clear
- State the currency, quantities, unit prices and total.
- Explain applicable taxes, delivery charges and exclusions.
- Set out delivery or completion dates and dependencies.
- State quotation validity and proposed payment terms.
- Identify assumptions and any alternative you are proposing.
Check and send
Check totals, contact details and attachments. Submit through the route specified by the publisher before its deadline. Keep a copy of what you sent. SeekSey does not receive, rank or award supplier responses.
