Public notice information

Published titles, descriptions, requirements, locations, deadlines, attached documents and the contact details you choose to share are public. Visitors can read notices and download their documents without an account. Business profiles are also public.

Check your attachments

  • Remove unnecessary personal and confidential information.
  • Check for hidden comments, tracked changes and sensitive document metadata.
  • Confirm that you have permission to publish the content.
  • Use a business contact suitable for public enquiries.

Sharing and search engines

People may share notice links and public information may be indexed by search engines. SeekSey also shares notices through the channels included in the publishing offer. Closing a notice does not retrieve copies, downloads or messages already held elsewhere.

Account information

Your password and private account information are not part of the public notice. Our Privacy policy explains how account and service information is handled and how to make a personal-data request.
