Edit before publishing

Drafts can be edited before publication. A live notice cannot be edited, including its closing date. Check the full preview and documents before confirming publication.

Close early

Open My notices, find the live notice and choose Close notice if the request has ended. Closing ends its public availability. It does not cancel any contract or commitment you have made with a supplier.

Automatic expiry

A notice closes when its stated closing date or publication period ends, for a maximum of 30 days under the current offer. Check the date shown on your notice. Suppliers should follow any specific submission time stated in the documents.

Correct a material mistake

Contact support with the notice reference and the issue. Close the notice if leaving it open would mislead suppliers. Support can explain the appropriate next step; a replacement publication is not automatically free.
