One fee per notice
Publishing costs SCR 500 for up to 30 days under the current offer. There is no subscription or commission on a supplier contract. The applicable amount and duration are shown before confirmation.
Online checkout
Online payment is part of the publishing service being prepared. When checkout is enabled, follow the payment instructions shown for your notice. Payment confirmation and notice publication are separate outcomes: check both before starting another payment.
Your invoices and receipts
Open Billing in your business account to view issued invoices and payment receipts, update your private billing details, and print or save a document as PDF. An invoice lists the items and amount due; a receipt records a confirmed payment. Test documents are clearly marked and do not prove a live payment. Changing billing details affects future documents.
If something goes wrong
If you have been charged but cannot find your published notice, contact support with the notice reference, payment reference, date and amount. Do not send full card details, passwords or authentication codes. We will check the payment and publication status.
Cancellations and refunds
Our Refunds & publication policy explains duplicate charges, failed publication, technical problems and early closure. A lack of supplier responses does not by itself mean the publishing service failed.
