Supply of fresh fish and seafood under a six-month framework agreement

Paradise Catering Co Ltd invites quotations from licensed fish traders and fishermen’s cooperatives for the supply of fresh fish and seafood to its central kitchen at Providence, Mahé, for six months. Typical weekly requirement: 120 kg of whole or loined tuna, 80 kg of red snapper and job fish, 40 kg of octopus and 25 kg of prawns, rising by up to 50% in the high season. Deliveries are needed three mornings a week before 07:30. Quote a price per kg per species, fixed for the first three months. The full product list with preparation requirements is free on request by email. Questions until four working days before the closing date. Submit quotations by email or by hand at our Providence office by 12:00 hrs (Seychelles time) on the closing date. Late submissions will not be considered. Paradise Catering Co is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation and may award in part.
