Freight forwarding and customs clearance for imports from Dubai and Mombasa, annual contract

Victoria Office Supplies Ltd invites proposals from freight forwarders for a 12-month contract to handle its sea-freight imports into Port Victoria. We expect about 24 twenty-foot and 6 forty-foot containers a year, mostly from Jebel Ali and Mombasa, plus occasional LCL consignments. The service covers booking, ocean freight, marine insurance on request, customs clearance through ASYCUDA, port charges, and delivery to our warehouse at Providence. Our current shipment profile is free on request by email. Questions until five working days before the closing date. Submit a proposal with all-in rates per container size and route, clearance fees and transit times by email by 14:00 hrs (Seychelles time) on the closing date. Late submissions will not be considered. Victoria Office Supplies is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation and may award in part.
