Preventive maintenance of medical equipment at two private clinics, 24 months

Mahe Health Services Ltd invites proposals from biomedical engineering firms for a 24-month preventive and corrective maintenance contract for medical equipment at its clinics in Victoria and Anse Royale. The inventory of about 85 items includes patient monitors, ECG machines, defibrillators, infusion pumps, autoclaves, a dental chair and X-ray unit, a haematology analyser and an ultrasound scanner. The contract covers manufacturer-schedule servicing, electrical safety testing, calibration with certificates, and repairs with a stated response time. The equipment list with makes, models and ages is free on request by email. Questions until five working days before the closing date. Submit a technical proposal and an annual fixed fee, with a separate labour rate and parts margin for repairs, by email by 14:00 hrs (Seychelles time) on the closing date. Late submissions will not be considered. Mahe Health Services is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation and may award in part.
