Electrical installation works for a four-unit residential block at Anse Royale

Coral Reef Construction (Pty) Ltd invites quotations from registered electrical contractors for the complete electrical installation of a four-unit, two-storey residential block now under construction at Anse Royale, Mahé. The works include conduit and wiring for lighting and small power, a main distribution board and four unit sub-boards, earthing and bonding, external lighting, provision for solar PV and EV charging, testing, commissioning and the PUC connection application. The structure will be ready for first-fix in four weeks. The bill of quantities, electrical drawings and specification are free on request by email. Drawings may also be inspected at our site office at Anse Royale, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00 hrs. A site visit can be arranged by appointment. Requests for clarification must reach us by email at least five working days before the closing date; answers will be shared with all bidders. Submit a priced bill of quantities, programme and company documents by email in PDF, or in a sealed envelope marked "Electrical Works – Anse Royale Block" at our office, Providence Industrial Estate, by 10:00 hrs (Seychelles time) on the closing date. Late submissions will not be considered. Coral Reef Construction is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation and may award in part.
