Follow the publisher’s instructions
Each publisher sets its own process. A notice may ask for a quotation, a proposal, an expression of interest or a simple enquiry. Check what to submit, the contact route and the deadline before responding.
Contact the publisher
Use the email, phone number, WhatsApp contact or address stated on the notice. Responses and questions go directly to the publisher outside SeekSey. We do not receive bids or select suppliers.
Make your response useful
- Identify your business and quote the notice reference.
- Explain how you meet the requirements.
- Include the requested prices, documents, availability and delivery details.
- Ask the publisher about unclear requirements before the deadline.
Check before committing
A published notice is not an endorsement or guarantee. Verify the organisation and the person you are dealing with before sharing confidential information, paying money or starting work. Selection, contracts and supplier payments are agreed directly with the publisher.
